We shall not transfer or communicate to third parties the personal data collected on this website, except in compliance with legal obligations and/or when strictly necessary for the provision of the service, in particular, the personal data will be processed through servers managed by Arsys.es, our hosting provider, which will be considered a Data Processor. Their privacy policies can be accessed here

The transfer of data shall be carried out with the strictest confidentiality and using the necessary measures such as, for example, the signing of confidentiality contracts, or adherence to their privacy policies published on their respective websites. 

In the case of links to other websites or social networks, these are completely independent and have no relationship with Pedraza Abogados, so Pedraza Abogados is not responsible for their use of your personal information. How we store your information

Your information shall be kept in our secure filing system for the time necessary to respond to your query, take any necessary steps to prepare a letter of engagement and provide you with our legal services.

We shall destroy your personal information if we do not proceed with providing you with our legal services. In the case of us establishing a client-solicitor relationship, we shall keep your personal information for the duration of the relationship and after it is finished, we shall keep your personal information blocked for as long as we are legally obliged to do so.
