Your information shall be kept in our secure filing system for the time necessary to respond to your query, take any necessary steps to prepare a letter of engagement and provide you with our legal services.

We shall destroy your personal information if we do not proceed with providing you with our legal services. In the case of us establishing a client-solicitor relationship, we shall keep your personal information for the duration of the relationship and after it is finished, we shall keep your personal information blocked for as long as we are legally obliged to do so.
